Room prices represent all inclusive services including;
a) Open buffet breakfest,
b) Open buffet lunch,
c) Open buffet dinner,
d) All drinks includingTurkish Alcoholic Beverages,
e)  Use of the hotel's social facilities (Car park and fitness center, Outdoor and Indoor Swimming Pool, Turkish Bath, Sauna, Beach)

*Hotel service starts with dinner on check-in day and ends with breakfast on check-out day.

In order to request for accommodation, you must fill the form and send it to the conference organiser via e-mail
 

Hotel Registration Process:

* For room reservations, check-in and check-out dates and accommodation type must be sent to the secretariat of the conference organizer via e-mail.

* After receiving the reservation confirmation from the conference organizer secretariat, the hotel accommodation registration fee must be deposited to the account number specified below and the payment document must be sent to the conference organizer secretariat via e-mail.

* After the reservation process is completed, an accommodation voucher will be sent to you via e-mail.
